The Business Development System (BDS) for Real Estate ™ is offered by SPiN Internet Media LLC as a low-cost platform for web site deployment. We make no guarantees for uptime, nor do we guarantee features or functionality.

NO REFUNDS - on your web site hosting account. Once your purchase your web site account, we expend effort in getting your services setup. Therefore we do not offer refunds. You may cancel your account at any time which will stop future billing. If you decide you want a refund for your domain name, please refer to the "Domain Registration Agreement Exhibit A".

Any content or usage deemed inappropriate by SPiN Internet Media LLC may be removed and may result in loss of service by the account holder.

Account holders are expected to be knowledgeable of and obey all applicable laws. SPiN Internet Media LLC will cooperate with law enforcement in the event any account holder is under investigation.

SPiN Internet Media LLC, does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the content, comments, opinions or statements hosted by SPiN Internet Media LLC customers, banner exchange participants, advertisers, vendors or partners. Information, products, and services offered, sold or placed online belong to the respective companies or individuals who place them there and are not representative of SPiN Internet Media LLC. The user understands that SPiN Internet Media LLC is not responsible for the content, quality or merchantability of any information, product or service offered herein and the user must assume full responsibility to evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or other content.
