On September 30, 2011, our agent web site services were discontinued. See the questions and answers below for further information.

How does this affect me?: Your web site, e-mail and domain name need to be transfered.

If you choose to have a web site, you will need to find a new hosting provider and a web site developer and create a web site.

If you need help, hire an IT professional to help you.

We will cancel your web site, domain and email billing package in our billing system on August 30th, 2011.
Will my domain name be cancelled?: Maybe. You need to transfer your domain if you intend to keep the domain and the current registrar is OpenSRS.

Until September 30, 2011, you may still access your domain account by opening a support ticket with us at: http://ost.arealestatewebsite.com/ - Simply give us your domain name and we will send your access information to your domain contact email. Then, you will be able to manage your domain name directly at: http://manage.opensrs.net/

http://domainsemailhosting.com/ offers free over-the-phone support and discounts on all of GoDaddy's products. There are hundreds of options available for hosting your site.

If you're registered through http://domains.spinbds.com/ you don't need to do anything.
Will my email services be cancelled?: Yes. You need to transfer your email if you intend to keep it.

All e-mail accounts will be deleted some time shortly after September 30, 2011.
How may I download my web site?: The window to download your site text and images expired on Sep 30, 2011.

Can I access my web site, domain and e-mail after September 30th, 2011?: No. All services will be stopped and all files will be deleted.

Then, you will be able to manage your domain name directly at: http://manage.opensrs.net/
Where is my domain registered?: If you registered your domain name with us between 2006 and 2011, your registrar is OpenSRS (http://manage.opensrs.net/). Otherwise you are most likely registered with http://domains.spinbds.com/.
Where can I transfer my domain?: You can transfer your domain to any domain name registrar. However if you want a competitive price, with all the features and safety of GoDaddy's network, you can use http://domainsemailhosting.com/
